Rivora is about 19 km from Phu Quoc International Airport, around 30 to 40 minutes by car. From Duong Dong town centre it is about 10 km, around 15 to 25 minutes.

Rivora helps arrange pick-up and drop-off at the airport. Please tell us your flight time when sending your booking request so we can advise the arrangement and cost.

No. Rivora is inland, in the forest, right beside the Da Ban Stream. Ong Lang sunset beach is about 14 km away, around 20 to 30 minutes by car.

Da Ban Stream is next door and Duong Dong Lake is about 2 km away. Suoi Tranh Waterfall and Ong Lang Beach are about 14 km away. Attractions in the north such as Grand World, Bai Dai and Vinpearl Safari are about 26 to 29 km away. The full distance table is on the home page.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to villa availability; please let us know in advance.

A passport or national ID card for every guest, for residence registration as required, and your booking reference.

Rivora welcomes children of all ages. Children under 6 stay free using the parents' existing bed. Children aged 6 to 11 and extra beds carry a supplement, confirmed when your booking is confirmed. From age 12, children are charged as adults. The retreat has streams and a lake, so children always need an adult with them.

Family Nature Villa has two bedrooms and a shared living space, suited to families or groups of friends. Maximum occupancy is confirmed when you book.

Rivora does not accept pets, to protect the forest ecosystem and the safety of children.

Villas are non-smoking. Please smoke outdoors only, in the areas our team points out.

Rivora does not allow free drone flying, to protect guests' privacy and avoid disturbing birds and wildlife in the forest. If you need aerial filming, please contact Rivora first.

Rivora is a quiet place in the forest, so loud music and speakers are not played on the grounds.

Personal photography and filming are welcome. For wedding shoots, commercial filming or bringing an outside photographer, please contact Rivora first.

Rivora helps with villa decoration, private dinners, a space made for two, private birthdays and anniversaries. Please tell us when booking. For wedding parties and larger events, please contact us for advice.

The website currently takes booking requests. After receiving your request, the Rivora team confirms availability, the official rate and payment instructions by phone or email.

Regular season: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in; cancellations between 7 and 3 days before are charged one night; cancellations within 3 days, or no-shows, are charged 100%. Peak season (20 Dec to 5 Jan, Lunar New Year, 30 Apr to 1 May, 2 Sep): free cancellation up to 21 days before check-in; between 21 and 14 days, 50% of the total room charge; within 14 days, 100%. Long-stay packages and special promotional rates may have their own terms, stated clearly when your booking is confirmed.

Phu Quoc is warm all year, around 27 to 35 degrees. The dry season, roughly November to April, is the best time. The rainy season, roughly May to October, is wettest from July to September, usually with short showers in the afternoon. It is also when the forest is greenest and the streams are fullest.

Rivora offers indoor activities such as yoga and cooking classes; some outdoor activities are adjusted to the weather.

The currency is the Vietnamese dong. There are ATMs in Duong Dong town centre, about 10 km from Rivora. We suggest carrying some cash.

Sunscreen, a hat, mosquito repellent, walking shoes, a light rain jacket and a power bank.
